Our cashew-based plant mozzarella alternative is the first that truly melts and pulls creamy strings. Its uniquely creamy texture is modeled on Italian buffalo mozzarella and deceptively close to the real thing. Yet it needs just seven ingredients, contains no flavorings or preservatives, and is proudly clean label. It's at its best served warm: melted on pizza, deep-fried as mozzarella sticks, or baked au gratin, our mozzarella unfolds its full character in the heat. But served fresh on a caprese bagel, it delivers a creamy, mild cheese experience, too.

Our cashew-based Old Italian wins you over with a rich umami note and a savory, cheesy flavor. With 19 g of protein per 100 g, it's not just delicious but a solid source of protein, too. It binds sauces creamily and comes pre-grated, ready to go on pasta, risotto, pesto, or simply anything that could use a little more cheesiness.
