Parsley pesto without parmesan, vegan with Old Italian

Ingredients

  • 60 g Old Italian by VANOZZA
  • 150 g parsley
  • 180 ml olive oil
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • Pinch of chili powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

    Wash the parsley and dry it thoroughly.

    Chop roughly and add to a blender or food processor with Old Italian, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
