Mozzarella Sticks with Dip
Vegan finger food
The highlight of every party buffet! Our vegan mozzarella sticks pull long, gooey strings and are super easy to make – no egg, easy-cheesy.
Ingredients
- 160 g VANOZZA vegan mozzarella
- 40 g flour
- 50 ml plant-based milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp oregano
- 75 g panko or Veggie Crumbz
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- Oil for deep-frying
- Lingonberry spread, chili salsa, or ketchup for dipping
Instructions

Mix the flour, salt, and plant-based milk and stir until smooth. Season with oregano.

Cut the mozzarella into long strips. Dip them in the batter, then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture (panko + paprika powder).

Deep-fry in hot oil at 170°C. Alternatively: air fryer at 185°C for about 5 minutes.
